Reflecting this, Silverstream subdivision is a home that extends beyond your front door, where your neighbours become your friends and families grow.

Our sections, house and land packages, townhouses, and Silverstream’s own commercial and health amenities, have provided a place of belonging for many people, including those whose homes were red-zoned in Kaiapoi and Christchurch after the 2011 Christchurch earthquakes.

Today, we continue to be involved in the community through supporting and hosting events alongside the Silverstream Social Club. We’re proud to say that Silverstream is not just a place to live, it’s a beautiful, safe, and comfortable place where community thrives.

The Founding of Lime Developments

Lime Developments was founded by Jack Lin and Fred Rahme. Jack and Fred have a shared passion for people and a real “zest for life.” By lifting the ‘Li’ from Lin and the ‘me’ from Rahme, they created “Lime,” which reflects their families coming together in their developments. Each carries their family values through into their work and to the team, where integrity and respect for others always comes first.
