Continuing Development

The new arterial road has opened and provides a through route around the subdivision from Christchurch City to Rangiora, with turning lanes for entry to Silverstream. Island Road is now closed at the north end for through traffic, but provides access to Kaiapoi via Adderley Tce. Stage 2b at the south-end of the subdivision has been surveyed and titles are expected mid to late March 2018 - 35 lots in this Stage. Stage 3b is under construction with 50 lots to be constructed - titles will be due late 2018. The Shopping Centre is continuing to attract interest with one more fit-out underway and three prospective tenants completing final due diligence.
